About the role

CubeMatch is providing an opportunity for an aspiring business analyst to become an integral part of a team responsible for delivering requirements for our client operating within the financial services industry. You will support individuals within a team by providing a platform for them to carry out development of applications whilst acting as an intermediary between business analysts and software developers. By undertaking this role, you will ensure applications essential to the functioning of a business are properly disseminated. This opening will enable you to undertake analytical tasks on a regular basis whilst gaining exposure to the developmental lifecycle whereby operational growth ensues.

  • Ensuring that the appropriate infrastructure elements, such as documents, policy documents, manuals adhere to the client’s book of standards.

  • Collect, monitor, and manipulate data.

  • Firm understanding of business concepts and techniques relevant to operational progression.

  • Effectively collaborate with managers and stakeholders on deliverables

  • Contribute to the development of test plans.

  • Proficient across all MS office programs

Desired skills, experience and attributes
  • Understanding of SQL

  • Understanding of Jira and HPSM

  • Technically proficient

  • Track record of delivering requirements in high pressure environments

  • Knowledge of functional specifications

  • Previous exposure to audit documentation
